All proprietary services, methodologies, frameworks, blueprints, systems, academy programs, educational materials, concepts, structures, names, terminology, and transformational applications presented within the EFPYLON® ecosystem constitute exclusive intellectual property developed, refined, and provided solely by EFPYLON®.
These proprietary creations form part of a privately developed multidimensional ecosystem. They may not be copied, reproduced, imitated, distributed, adapted, taught, republished, commercially exploited, reverse-engineered, misrepresented, licensed, or used in any form without prior written authorisation from EFPYLON®.
Any unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, presentation, or misappropriation of the organisation’s proprietary methodologies, concepts, systems, branding, naming structures, educational content, operational models, or ecosystem applications constitutes a direct violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
We operate through proprietary ecosystem-based methodologies, educational experiences, transformational applications, and multidisciplinary approaches designed to support human, business, and environmental development.
All content, consultations, academy materials, insights, assessments, and ecosystem applications provided by us are intended exclusively for educational, informational, developmental, and transformational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or psychological conditions, nor do we provide legal, financial, or regulated services. Individuals are solely responsible for how they interpret, apply, or implement any information, recommendations, educational materials, or ecosystem guidance provided through the organization.
Participation in our services, academy experiences, consultations, ecosystem applications, and educational environments remains entirely voluntary and based on personal responsibility, discernment, and individual decision-making.
Our Organization operates independently of religious institutions, political ideologies, or doctrinal systems. The organization’s methodologies, terminology, and ecosystem approaches are designed to remain accessible to individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, and personal perspectives.
Due to the multidimensional and highly individualized nature of transformational work, environments, business dynamics, human development, and ecosystem applications, specific outcomes, experiences, or results cannot be guaranteed.
9. Cancellation Policy
Because most of our services are custom-made and require preparation before execution, fixed prices cannot be listed on the website, and cancellation conditions vary depending on the service.
9.1 Non-Refundable Cases
All services, academy experiences, consultations, private applications, educational environments, and ecosystem-based offerings provided by this private organization are non-refundable. If a participant or client chooses not to proceed with a purchased service or experience, the corresponding amount may be transferred toward another available service, academy experience, or ecosystem offering of equal or greater value, gifted to another individual, or otherwise reassigned upon organizational approval within a maximum period of six (6) months from the original purchase date. After the six-month period has expired, unused balances, transfers, reassigned experiences, or unused ecosystem applications become invalid and non-transferable.
9.2 Rescheduling
Rescheduling with transfer of payment to a new appointment is permitted one (1) time only under the following conditions:
• The service, consultation, assessment, academy experience, or ecosystem application has not started.
• No preparatory, operational, analytical, or customised work has been initiated.
• The rescheduling request is submitted within the applicable notice period required for the specific service or experience, as timing requirements may differ between online, onsite, customised, academy, and ecosystem-based applications.
If the above conditions are met, the payment already made may be transferred toward a new available appointment, experience, service, or ecosystem application of equal or greater value.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests for scheduled services, consultations, academy sessions, or private appointments, if applicable, must be submitted ninety-six (96) hours / four (4) days before the scheduled date unless otherwise specified for the particular service.
Certain services, assessments, customised ecosystem applications, onsite environments, or academy experiences may require extended notice periods due to their preparatory, operational, organisational, analytical, or multidimensional nature. EFPYLON® reserves the right to determine the applicable notice requirements, scheduling limitations, transfer conditions, and operational policies associated with each service individually.
Last-minute cancellations, notifications, or requests submitted outside the applicable notice period that do not allow operational adjustments according to the requirements of the specific service do not qualify for transfer, reassignment, future credit, or rescheduling and remain non-refundable.
Any additional rescheduling request beyond the permitted single transfer is considered a cancellation, and the corresponding amount becomes non-transferable. All transfer, rescheduling, reassignment, and operational requests are reviewed individually with full transparency based on the nature, scale, preparation requirements, operational allocation, and ecosystem structure associated with each service or experience.
9.3 Custom-Made Services
Custom-made services are evaluated individually and transparently, depending on the stage of service preparation.
10. Pricing Policy
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Service prices vary depending on the category, required specialisation, and the specific needs of each case.
A price is considered confirmed and “locked in” only after the payment has been completed for that particular service.
11. Service Prepayment & Deposits
Our services are advanced, highly specialised, and the majority of them custom-made.
Prepayment or a deposit is required, depending on the service, before any work or preparation begins.
Prepayment is necessary because it:
secures your appointment and the resources allocated exclusively to your case
covers the time and initial preparation that begins before service delivery
ensures the exclusivity and priority we provide to each client
allows us to accurately tailor the energetic and professional processes to the unique needs of your space or situation
maintains the quality, consistency, and high standard of our services
No service can be performed without the corresponding prepayment or deposit, and the final price is considered confirmed (“locked in”) only after the payment is completed. This policy ensures that every client receives the highest level of service without delays or compromise in quality.
12. Confidentiality & Discretion
We operate through a privacy-conscious and discretion-oriented approach designed to respect the confidential nature of personal, environmental, operational, organizational, and business-related information shared throughout consultations, academy experiences, ecosystem applications, assessments, and transformational processes.
Information, observations, materials, and communications shared with the organization are treated with professional discretion and are not publicly disclosed, distributed, or intentionally shared with unauthorized third parties unless required by law or explicitly approved by the participant or client.
13. Participation & Organization Rights
EFPYLON® reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, postpone, limit, or remove participation, applications, consultations, academy access, ecosystem experiences, or organizational collaborations when alignment with the operational structure, ethical standards, participation requirements, organizational protocols, or ecosystem environment of the organization is not present.
The organization also reserves the right to modify, restructure, postpone, or discontinue services, academy environments, scheduling structures, ecosystem applications, methodologies, or operational processes when necessary for organizational, operational, developmental, or ecosystem-related reasons.
14. International Operations
We operate internationally through online, onsite, private, educational, academy-based, and ecosystem-oriented applications, depending on the nature, scale, availability, and operational requirements of each service or experience.
Participation in consultations, academy environments, ecosystem applications, transformational experiences, or organizational services remains voluntary and intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older
Due to the individualized and multidimensional nature of the organization’s methodologies, environments, and transformational applications, experiences and outcomes may vary between participants, businesses, environments, and ecosystem structures.
15. Affiliation & Representation
No individual, organization, academy participant, collaborator, consultant, affiliate, external entity, or third party may publicly represent, reproduce, imitate, teach, distribute, replicate, commercialize, adapt, certify, present, or imply themselves to be officially affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, trained by, certified by, connected to, or operating on behalf of EFPYLON® unless explicit written authorization has been granted directly by the organization.
This restriction also applies to the organization’s proprietary services, methodologies, ecosystem applications, frameworks, blueprints, systems, academy structures, terminology, operational models, educational materials, transformational approaches, naming structures, and multidimensional methodologies developed within the EFPYLON® ecosystem.
Any unauthorized imitation, replication, adaptation, misrepresentation, presentation, instructional use, commercial use, derivative reproduction, or false affiliation associated with EFPYLON® or its proprietary ecosystem structures may constitute intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action.
16. Digital Communication & Technology
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, technical limitations, connectivity issues, third-party platform failures, software disruptions, data transmission errors, or external technological circumstances that may affect online consultations, academy environments, digital communications, ecosystem applications, or virtual participation experiences.
15. Contact
For any matters related to this Privacy Policy, your personal data, or your rights, you may contact us.
16. Policy Modification & Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, restructure, expand, revise, or discontinue organizational policies, operational protocols, ecosystem structures, academy conditions, methodologies, participation requirements, or service-related terms at any time without prior notice when considered necessary for organizational, operational, legal, developmental, or ecosystem-related reasons.
